ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Please submit your order request by emailing your wishlist to hello@anthonyandstork.com. You can also submit a request through our website’s contact page. Once you send an inquiry, someone from our team will reach out to you with a comprehensive quote.
When is the last date to make changes to my order?
Final adjustments are due 5 business days (for Twin Cities area orders) and 7 business days (for Central Minnesota orders) prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Is there a minimum order?
Our Twin Cities order minimum is only $500! All other areas are based on venue location and size of event.
How long is my rental period?
The standard rental period is up to 3 days. Depending on availability, rental periods may be extended and will be subject to increased rental fees as detailed below. Some items do not qualify for extended rental.
1-3 days: Base rental rate
4-7 days: Base rental rate X 1.5
8-14 days: Base rental rate X 2
How do I confirm my order?
Once we have processed your order request, we will email you a quote, which is valid for 15 business days. If you would like to secure your inventory, we require a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement to confirm your order.
Do you offer scullery service?
Yes. Scullery service is required for at the discretion of A&S based on order size, guest count, and collections. We deliver, unpack, and work with your catering staff to collect, clean items, and repack our inventory.
DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
Can I pick up my order?
We require that a A&S crew deliver and pick up your orders due to the fragile nature of our inventory. Certain items and very small orders are suitable for will-call; please inquire to confirm the options for your order.
Do you ship?
We do not ship our products due to the delicate and unique nature of our inventory.
Do you travel to my state?
Yes. We gladly travel to neighboring states. Please inquire at hello@anthonyandstork.com for more information regarding delivery fees and out of state rental minimums.
